Challenges
The public health entity needed to address health outcomes across more than a quarter-million people. The audience included many underserved populations and groups with limited access to traditional health communication. The assignment required clear, culturally competent messages that would both inform the public and position the messenger as a trusted community leader.

Solution
MCMC developed a comprehensive message framework that blended plain-language communication with culturally relevant adaptations. Messages were refined for priority audiences, then deployed across digital, print, grassroots and media channels. We also recruited and trained more than 230 trusted messengers and representatives of 120 community organizations to deliver consistent, research-backed messages where people live, work and gather.

Results
The campaign achieved more than 32 million digital ad impressions and 4.4 million social media impressions, exceeding industry benchmarks with a 4.3% click-through rate. More importantly, surveys showed increased trust in the health authorities as a source of reliable information, and community members cited the clarity of messaging as a reason they engaged with services. The combination of audience-specific messaging and grassroots delivery strengthened our client’s reputation as a trusted voice in public health and expanded its reach.
